6.8.2010 - Arcco Power Systems wins contract to supply generators to East Baton Rouge City Parish
Arcco Power Systems is supplying the East Baton Rouge Department of Public Works with backup generators for sewer lift stations and water treatment facilities. The project was public bid in 2009, and Arcco Power Systems was chosen as the contract supplier to provide numerous sizes of diesel powered generators over the next several months. Arcco will be supplying Baldor Generators on this project which is expected to last 36 to 48 months. Once the generators are installed, Arcco will have the responsibility of preventative maintenance and emergency response for this equipment over a contract period of time.

6.1.2010 - Arcco Power Systems gets a new address
Arcco Power Systems has a new address at I-12 and Airline Highway in Baton Rouge La.
If you travel I-12 through Baton Rouge, it’s hard to miss Arcco Power Systems new address at 9424 North Interstate. Arcco Power Systems Sells, Rents and Services generators and the new location showcases over 50 megawatts of portable power that make up some of Arcco’s rental fleet. The big red tractor trailer units contain diesel powered generators ranging in size from 800 kilowatts to 2000 kilowatts. These units are designed to power up all kinds of industrial and commercial buildings and equipment in remote power applications or in the event of power failure.
Arcco has been in business for over 20 years with the original location on South Perdue in Baton Rouge. The new location provides much better visibility and easier access the interstate and major traffic arteries.
